Cyra uses AI to track, learn, and decode your hormonal patterns — so you can stop guessing and start knowing.
The average woman waits 7+ years for an endometriosis diagnosis. Cyra helps you stop guessing and start advocating.
Generic period apps assume a 28-day cycle. PCOS and endo don't fit that mould — and neither should your tracker.
Showing up with a vague feeling isn't enough. Cyra turns lived experience into clinical-grade insights your doctor can't ignore.
Log pain, mood, bleeding, and energy in seconds. Cyra learns what "normal" looks like for you.
We send small, easy-to-use ovulation tests to your door each month — no clinic visit required.
Walk into your appointment with a clear, structured summary your doctor can actually use.
Our model is trained specifically on hormonal patterns in endometriosis and PCOS — not just textbook 28-day cycles.
Track ovulation and hormone surges from home. Strips arrive in discreet, recyclable packaging each month.
Clinical summaries built around what your doctor actually needs to see in a 15-minute appointment.
Strict no data-selling policy. No advertisers, no third parties. Period.
I spent eight years being told my pain was 'normal.' Within two cycles, Cyra showed me a pattern my GP couldn't ignore.
Finally, an app that doesn't break the moment my cycle stops being textbook. Cyra just… gets PCOS.
The GP report was the first time I walked into my doctor's office and felt taken seriously from the first minute.

How Cyra works
From your first symptom log to your next GP appointment — here's the full Cyra journey.
When you sign up, Cyra asks the right questions — diagnoses, medications, cycle history — to set a personal baseline from day one.
Quick daily check-ins capture bleeding, pain, mood, energy, and more. Designed to take under a minute.
We post LH (ovulation) strips to your door every month — discreet, simple, and recyclable. No clinic visit needed.
Over weeks, our model decodes your individual hormonal rhythm — surfacing patterns no generic app could see.
Walk into appointments with a clear, clinical summary your doctor can read in 60 seconds and can't dismiss.
Endometriosis and PCOS don't follow a textbook cycle. Our models are trained on data that reflects that reality.
No advertisers. No third parties. No "anonymised" data brokers. Your health belongs to you.
Designed with nurses, researchers, and women who've spent years navigating the system themselves.

Our story
Keshika is a Cell and Molecular Biology student with a clinical nursing background. She built Cyra after years of dismissed symptoms — and a diagnosis that finally came at 21, after she had to advocate for it herself.
She saw, again and again, women walking into appointments without the data they needed to be taken seriously. She saw the gap between lived experience and clinical evidence — and she decided to close it.
Cyra's mission is to help women feel validated, understood, and in control of their health — using data, AI, and hormone testing built specifically for them.
